COVID-19 Policy

Although coronavirus is not a risk to your pet, at Pet-Hotel we operate a safeguard policy for the benefit of both you and us. When you arrive we will keep socially distanced. If there is a need to be close, face masks will be used. Payments are made online (if you need to pay cash, please bring the right money).

At Pet-Hotel, we appreciate that a booking may need to be cancelled at short notice due to the pandemic. If you need to cancel due to travel restrictions or due to contracting coronavirus, please get in touch and we will be glad to refund your deposit. We want you to book again when you can!
